Serverista is registered in Cyprus with registration number EE61493. All legal matters are subject to the laws of Cyprus. Our registered business address and official contact details are available upon request.
We provide cloud computing, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, managed hosting, and web hosting. We do not offer domain registration or SSL certificates. For DDoS mitigation, we use Cloudflare services when requested by the customer.
Customers must provide accurate and complete billing and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
You may not use our services for any unlawful activities under the laws of Cyprus, the European Union, or applicable international laws. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
Uptime and reliable performance are our highest priorities. We invest in robust infrastructure, proactive monitoring, and redundant systems to ensure our services remain operational at all times. While no hosting provider can completely eliminate the risk of downtime, we take every reasonable measure to minimize it.
In the rare event of service interruptions, we work diligently to restore functionality as quickly as possible. Scheduled maintenance will always be communicated to customers in advance whenever feasible. Although we do not offer financial compensation for downtime, our commitment is to maintain consistent and dependable service for all customers.
While we maintain backups as part of our infrastructure management, customers are solely responsible for keeping their own secure backups stored outside of our network. We have zero liability for any data loss.
Protecting customer privacy is our highest priority. We do not monitor or access your content unless required by law or necessary to investigate abuse. We actively monitor our network for security and abuse prevention.
Customers are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and nature of all content hosted or transmitted through our services. We respond to valid legal complaints and may suspend or terminate services at our discretion if we determine that they violate these Terms.
Serverista is not liable for any damages, data loss, loss of profits, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use our services. Customers use our services at their own risk.
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited activities. Data may be deleted immediately upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Serverista reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to any individual, organization, or account at our sole discretion if we believe that continued service would:
In such cases, we may take immediate action without prior notice, including suspension or permanent termination of the account. Where possible, we will provide an explanation of the reason for denial of service, except in cases where disclosure could compromise investigations, security, or legal compliance.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from a denial of service in accordance with these Terms.
Each service plan includes a specific monthly bandwidth allocation as stated in your service agreement or order confirmation. This allocation is measured on a rolling monthly basis.
If your bandwidth usage exceeds the allocation included with your plan, you will be billed for the excess usage at the rate specified in our current pricing schedule. Additional bandwidth charges will be added to your next invoice or billed separately at our discretion.
We reserve the right to temporarily restrict, throttle, or suspend service in cases of extreme or sustained bandwidth overuse that threatens network stability or negatively impacts other customers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their bandwidth usage. Usage data is made available through our customer portal and is considered authoritative for billing purposes.
