4. Contact Points for Customers

Customers and service recipients can reach us for support, complaints, or general inquiries through the Contact page. Any service restrictions, acceptable use limitations, or suspension procedures are detailed in our Terms of Service.

5. Hosting and Content Responsibility

Serverista provides dedicated infrastructure (such as VPS and bare-metal servers) that customers configure and manage independently. We do not pre-approve or actively monitor the content hosted by customers, nor do we have login credentials to access such content. Traffic, stored data, and hosted applications remain solely under the customer’s control.

By law, our role is classified as a “mere conduit” — we transmit data without altering or curating it. However, in line with our commitment to a safe and lawful internet, we have established proactive policies to address illegal use of our services.

6. Abuse Reporting and Enforcement

If you believe that a Serverista customer is hosting illegal material or engaging in prohibited activities, please submit a Notice-and-Takedown (NTD) request to: [email protected].

Each NTD request is reviewed against the requirements. If validated, we will:

  • Notify the customer and share the substance of the complaint.
  • Request a timely response and corrective action.
  • Impose temporary technical measures (e.g., null routing) if the customer fails to comply.
  • Escalate to service suspension or termination in repeated or severe cases.

7. Additional Legal Information

  • All services are subject to our Terms of Service and applicable laws of our jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization engaged in unlawful activity.
  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This Legal Notice is intended to provide transparency and clarity regarding our operational and compliance practices. For any questions, please contact our Legal Department at: [email protected].
